Spend you summer learning the craft of botanical cocktail creation! With our Cocktail CSA you will receive five (5) Monthly Seasonally Inspired Cocktail Kits from July into November that include a combination of hand harvested and farm processed Certified Organic botanical mixers, steam distilled aromatic sprays, tinctures, custom blended bitters, and teas. These farm crafted ingredients will be paired with curated, step by step recipes and video instruction from renowned regional and national craft bartenders.
Each month you will make three botanically curated drink recipes.
1. A simple, easy to make go-to drink
2. An advanced/elevated drink in which you will learn a more advanced bartending skill
3. A mocktail / no ABV drink for those who want to avoid alcohol.
Each "cocktail kit" will include enough botanical ingredients to allow for 12-16 craft drinks plus more than enough to build up your home cocktail apothecary. Each kit is shipped directly to you at the end of each month.
Choose to take part in the whole season ($300) or by the month ($75).

1. Spirits (please support your local distilleries!)
2. Seltzer, Tonic Water, Club Soda
3. Juices (Lemon, Lime, Cranberry, etc.)
4. Ice & Garnish
5. An open mind and creativity
