My name is Pam Trent. My husband and I own Lindley Organic Farm in the East Texas community of Hainesville. We raise and sell Heritage Registered Devon and Milking Devon Cattle and Devon beef. We sell our beef from the farm by the cut and also offer custom quarters, halves and whole cows. We also sell A2 Bulls and Females.
We have been Certified Organic since 2004. Our cattle are raised on mother's milk and grass with no vaccines, no hormones, no commercial wormers, no GMO's, no soy, no animal by-products and certainly no grains.
Our mission is to promote the benefits of the local farm through consultation, education and the practice of nourishing agriculture to benefit man, beast, and future generations while sharing our farm, its history ,and our products with others.
We are open Monday through Saturday. Since my husband and I do all the work on the farm, we do ask that customers call and give us a 'heads-up' before they come. If we do not know they are coming we might miss their visit. We can be reached by telephone or text at 903-330-2902.
