Alpine Heritage Creamery uses only raw organic milk from 100% grass fed cows. The herd is fully grass-fed and is 100% A2-A2. The cows come into the barn twice a day for milking and this is the milk that is used to make the cheese. The creamery is located right on the farm where they have full control over the process beginning from the cows diet, the milking process and then the producing and ripening of a healthy delicious cheese. The ingredients for all our cheeses are: milk, cheese cultures, traditional rennet, pure salt and organic seasonings for the flavored cheeses. The aged cheese is cured ad the cave located right on the farm.
