Lemon Ginger Tea
Delicious Organic Lemon Ginger Tea is the ideal after dinner tea. Lemon balm, lemon peel, and ginger have a longstanding reputation for aiding and improving digestion. At the same time, echinacea and green tea help support the immune system, being loaded with antioxidants. Lemon Ginger Tea includes Green tea, so it does have some caffeine, but a cup of this delightful tea has only about 1/10th the caffeine of a cup of coffee, which makes it a superior choice after the evening meal.
Try it cold or mix it half and half with either orange juice or lemonade for a refreshing summertime drink or slush!

Organic Gunpowder Green Tea, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Lemon Balm Herb, Organic Echinacea Purpurea Herb, Organic Lemon Grass Leaf, Organic Lemon Peel, Organic Lemon Verbena Leaf, Organic Stevia Leaf, Organic Oil of Lemon.
SUGGESTED USE:
Directions: Use 2-4 tablespoons of tea per quart of water. Heat water to almost boiling, remove from heat, and pour over tea. Stir, cover, and steep for 15 to 20 minutes for fullest flavor. Strain, sweeten if desired, and serve. Adjust amount of tea, steeping time, and temperature according to preference.
