This is a specialty infused olive oil. It starts with the pure, unfiltered, Dimitri Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is then infused with roasted shallots, truffle oil and their own special barrel aged balsamic vinegar. This is sure to impress anyone! Available in 375 ml bottle.

Dimitri Olive Oil comes to us from the Dimitri family farm in Southern Greece via their store and warehouse in Baltimore Maryland. These fine oils are cold presses daily upon harvest during olive season. The infused oils are created in their Baltimore kitchen where they work with local, organic farms for the additional ingredients.
