Buffalo Valley's own A2/A2 Guernsey milk made into this delicious, smooth, yogurt cheese. Aged approx 60 days. A classic cheese with a nice springy texture. A sweet aroma reminiscent of warm butter. Mild but with a full round flavor and a tangyness that makes it an ideal partner for cured meats or pickles. Keep Refrigerated. Will stay fresh in fridge for 90 days.
This is a perfect cheese for young people (and any age, but great for young tastes). This is a melty cheese so good on any cheese sauce recipe.
