Black Bottom Farm continues to grow nutrient dense food in addition to overseeing our subscription box service. Kim grows shoots, microgreens, and mushrooms using organic practices. Before beginning the Collective, Kim pasture-raised pork and veal that was antibiotic, hormone, soy, and chemical dewormer free.
